DELIVERY INFORMATION
The vast majority of orders recieved by Scotts Workwear are dispatched within 72 hours. Occassionally stock fluctuations prevent this. In exceptional circumstances where stock is not available within the 72 hour period, a member of staff will contact you.
A signature is rerquired for deliveries made by carrier. If you are not home, a card will be left for you so you can rearrange delivery. Requests such as 'leave in porch' can not be accommodated.
Contract for the Supply of Goods
The display of goods on the Scotts Workwear site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Scotts Workwear Ltd. unless, and until, an email is sent by Scotts Workwear Ltd. to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Scotts Workwear Ltd. of your offer to buy goods from Scotts Workwear Ltd. and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
Scotts Workwear Ltd. are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

Processing of orders
- Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers.
- Some items may be unavailable.
- We regret in exceptional circumstances we may not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the cost of goods shipped to countries within the European Union. The current rate is 17.5%.
- Shipments to Non-EU countries are not charged VAT.
- Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Scotts Workwear Ltd. nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on Scotts Workwear Ltd. to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
Governing Law
All purchases from Scotts Workwear Ltd. are subject to English Law.
Modification of Terms
Scotts Workwear Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Scotts Workwear Ltd. site.
Returns
You may return any product for a full refund within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery providing that it is in perfect resalable condition.Your refund will include the full value of the order including the cost of carriage from us to you. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us - and organising the return by suitable carrier or postal service. By 'resaleable condition' we mean the product has to be unused and in it's original packaging. We will not accept returns for example if a product's box has been torn or damaged. It is perfectly acceptable for you to try on the garments. Garments that are 'worn' or washed will not be accepted as returns. Should any item be delivered in an unsatisfactory condition or should there be any shortages, please notify us within 2 (two) working days and we will rectify the situation.
In order to manage the return of your goods, please use the Blue return slip enclosed with your goods. This includes an address label to affix to the outside of your returns package.
Any product which is not fit for the purpose intended due to a manufacturers defect will be replaced or you will be offered a refund.
